Garden Art
Lantern Workshop
Day One
Elisabeth will be leading us through creating fused paneled lantern. We will be using a black Ikea lantern 6x6” and 11” tall as our base for the lantern. Vitrograph stringers, and frit will be used to decorate the panels in a style of your choosing. Panels will be fired at a low temperature for the texture to remain.
Day Two
We will be fitting our fused glass panels into our lantern. Panels will be ground down if necessary to fit them into the lantern. Participants will go home with a completed lantern that is ready to be enjoyed indoors or out!
